ECWest honors the return policy of each manufacturer. All returns must be done within 30 days after receipt of order. Full refunds may not always be available. On occasion a 20-30% restocking fee may be charged and purchaser will be responsible for return freight. Just call me. I am very understanding, fair and want to keep my customers happy.
