1. Review your order(s) carefully and feel free to contact me directly if you have questions about specific products.
2. ECWest honors the return policy of each manufacturer.
3. All returns must be done within 30 days after receipt of order.
4. Full refunds may not always be available. On occasion a minimal restocking fee may be charged. Just call me. I am very understanding, fair and want to keep my customers happy.
5. If your order arrives damaged, defective or incomplete, we will provide a replacement at no additional costs and we will do our best to rush your replacement order to you as quickly as possible.
